I liked the design and furniture and that all stores you need are near by. It was basically clean.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a positive review based on my experience during this stay. I reached out multiple times about various issues that significantly impacted my experience. It took an entire week for the shower drain to be fixed, which was a problem that should have been addressed immediately. I also requested a usable frying pan and some basic kitchen utensils, as the ones provided were either unusable or missing. Instead of accommodating these basic needs, I was repeatedly told that such items were not part of the apartment’s amenities – which, for a rental that advertises a fully equipped kitchen, feels inadequate. Additionally, communication was challenging, as I was often dealing with three different people, each providing different responses. At times, there were delays of a day or two before I received any reply, which made resolving these issues even more frustrating. All of this created unnecessary stress and spoiled what should have been a relaxing stay. Given these circumstances, I am unable to leave a positive review. I hope you consider improving the amenities and service for future guests.

Broken toilet seat

Modern looking facilities. Well connected with buses everywhere. Not far from sea front, safe neighbourhood with everything you need.

Toilet seat too small for toilet, not comfortable. Sofa bed was not ready upon arrival but company sent for bed linen promptly.

It was a very nice flat in a very good location. There was a 24h corner shop. Strong wifi and a nice balcony to have your coffee in the morning or in the afternoon.

What I didn’t like was the toilet. There was small ants everywhere and the black wc looked very dirty. Maybe it was clean but the black colour didn’t help it all.

The apartment is very nice, but I did notice an unpleasant smell. It would also be helpful to add some hangers in the closet and provide an iron.

Amazing luxury accomodation in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. The apartment was extremely clean and very functional with plenty of space. We will definitely be returning again. Thanks :)
