Breakfast was okay. But same items are repeated. There should have been more options

No refrigerator in room. Geyser was not working in family room. On the day of check out any how it was repaired. Swimming pool is well maintained. Restaurant is small. It takes long time to honour the food ordered. However they allow outside food in room only

Property is new, well maintained, big rooms, good quality infrastructure, well managed property, staff is cooperative, near to Varsoli beach, Alibaug beach is 10min drive, parking is available, swimming pool is operational and well maintained, restaurant is cosy small place and serves good food, roomwise internet on WiFi, breakfast is good, easy to locate, staff is very cooperative , balcony is good seating area with chairs, they have family room option

Hot water in shower is required to be requested, they asked to pay 30% amount to confirm booking (whereas booking.com said pay at property), bedsheets could have been more clean, shampoo not provided in room, only one drinking water bottle provided on day one and thereafter no water bottles provided, restaurant does not serve normal drinking water (on demand you get packaged water bottle), no chairs or sofa inside room,
