Casa Vacanze Smeralda Amalfi Coast

La struttura è bellissima e molto curata. Grande attenzione ai particolari e alle dotazioni. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Posizione molto caratteristica. Sicuramente da ritornarci e alloggiare qualche giorno in più.

Decent size house, we were two families and were comfortable all together in the house. Friendly host always available for any questions. The pizzeria of the village is very good! The house is typical for the village and very original by itself. The village center is less known that the other places on Amalfi coast, but definitely worth the visit!

Maybe a little bit difficult to access, as it gives an impression that you can park next to the house, but there is some walking to do. Otherwise, it was fine!

Royale huisvesting en een host die ons door de smalle straatjes naar het vakantiehuis begeleidde. Communicatie veelal via WhatsApp, zowel met de eigenaar als zijn vader (die de honneurs waarnam). Het allerbelangrijkste is natuurlijk de omgeving, en mooiere plekken dan de Amalfi-kust zijn nauwelijks te vinden. En vanuit het schilderachtige Vietri sul Mare is het idyllische eiland Capri makkelijk bereikbaar. Ook het restaurant "om de hoek" is een aanrader. Wij aten er die week twee keer. Geen zin om smalle steegjes te rijden met de eigen auto? Er rijdt een busdienst die uitkomst biedt...

Het heeft natuurlijk met mijn leeftijd te maken (75), maar de locatie in bergachtig gebied met supersmalle, steile straatjes is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor mensen van mijn leeftijd. Idem de parkeerplaats ("vlakbij" is een relatief begrip, zeker 300 meter klimmen vanuit het vakantiehuis). Wat tevens tegenviel was het uitzicht; de foto bij de huispresentatie die een baai laat zien, was genomen door een zijvenster. Op de patio van het huis keek je tegen andere gevels aan.

Die sind sehr nett, obwohl die Eltern sprechen kaum Englisch, der Sohn schon, mit dem kann man sich fast die ganze Zeit per Whatsapp unterhalten. Sauber, gemütlich, komfortabel. Supermarkt in paar Minuten zu Fuß. Parking auch paar Minuten zu Fuß. Leider kann man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken.

Es ist entfernt vom Vietri, besonders Strand. Wenn man Bus nehmen will, der fährt nicht regelmäßig. Deswegen ist besser mit dem Auto dort zu fahren. Parking in Vietri 2-3€/Std.

Las distancias no son reales en tiempo ya que las carreteras no permiten velocidades superiores a 30 km/hora como mucho. Para recorrer 15 km se necesita una hora.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing escape. While it’s a bit farther from Amalfi than we originally planned, it was totally worth it. Enzo, the owner’s dad, was amazing — so kind and helpful. He made sure we had all the essentials when we arrived and was always available for any questions. He even gave us a contact for taxis since they can be a bit tricky in the area, but the buses work really well too. There’s a lemon tree right on the property, and we were told we could pick fresh lemons from it — such a lovely touch. Just a short 3-minute walk away, you’ll find breathtaking views, and there’s a great restaurant about 5 minutes away on foot. Plus, it’s only a 7–10 minute bus ride to the sea. Honestly, I’d come back every week if I could. Highly, highly recommend!

It's clean, pleasant, and comfortable like my home. It's spacious and comfortable, with beautiful front yard, garden, and scenery. I had a fantastic vacation with a kind welcome from the host.
