Hakuba King Hotel

Location is great. The bedding was very comfortable. Nice to have a private toilet. Forced air heating in the room dries ski gear nicely. Breakfast every morning was very good.

スキー場が近くてとても便利でした。 部屋もきれいで暖かく、滑った後にゆっくり休めました。 スタッフの方も親切で、手続きもスムーズでした。 朝食も満足でき、全体的にとても良い滞在でした。

La proximité avec les pistes de ski. Le petit déjeuner était suffisant pour nous, il y avait de tout, sauf le pain qui nous a manqué un peu.

Chambre trop petite mais c’était bien indiqué sur l’annonce. L’annonce mentionnait une chambre avec vue montagne mais nous avions la vue sur le mur de la maison d’en face à deux mètres de notre fenêtre et en plus c’était leur cage d’escalier qui nous éclairait la chambre toute la nuit. Climatisation beaucoup trop bruyante. Lobby non chauffé et il fallait y laisser nos chaussures de ski, elles étaient gelées le matin. Bien trop cher pour si peu de confort.

Perfect location — only about 10 steps from the Tsugaike ski slopes. We were upgraded to a larger room without asking, which was a great surprise. The room had a traditional Japanese style with very comfortable Western beds and a private toilet. The shared bathrooms were excellent — very clean, well maintained, and included a relaxing bath. The breakfast was excellent and truly helped start the ski day the right way. A big plus was the ski room with boot dryers, which is not common in Japan and makes a huge difference. On departure day, they allowed us a late check-out so we could ski, and even drove us to the bus stop 🙏 By far the best value for money I’ve had in Hakuba. I will definitely stay here again!!
