The location is superb

A bit run down.

The one and of ONLY good feature about this hotel is the location next to the slopes but there are many other hotels with the same to offer

We stayed in the double room which was on the ground floor. The room is tiny and the double bed takes up all the space leaving no where to put luggage. We were about 3 meters beneath the snow line so the window was pointless and there was no fresh air. The shared toilets were outside our room and stank of stale wet air. Our bathroom vent system didn’t works. The towels are thin and scratchy. The sheets had hairs on them and there was a pair of underwear left under our bed. The breakfast is truly measly.. they cut a doughnut into 8 pieces, and share it out along with 2 slices of apple and some dry cabbage an egg and tiny sausage thing. Served at 7am whether you like it or not.. all plated up in the middle of the dining room to help yourself.. be there or enjoy the cold food. We paid 1000yen to get washing done.. it was returned in a wet heap in a basket inn the middle of the foyer with hair and lint all through it.. not even dried……… This is a foreigner run hotel.. do not expect warm Japanese hospitality or anyone who can speak decent English.. Would highly highly recommend you ignore this property and book elsewhere where. It was the only disappointing part of our whole trip but man did it leave its mark..

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that made my skiing trip in Hakuba much more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met, The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after a long day on the slopes. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short distance from the ski lifts, making it easy to hit the slopes each morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay while skiing!

Near to ski resort

Small room and no lift if you not stay on 1st floor

The staff were super lovely! Always ready to answer any questions and always asked how my day was when I arrived back to the hotel. It's super close to tsugaike ski area and you can just ski down to the lifts and gondola! Room was super cozy and had everything I needed for my stay :)
