Hakuba King Hotel

Staff were helpful and drove us down the hill to the bus stop

Our experience was overall very poor, the first room we had the door would not lock, when spoke with staff they said “we know, we can’t fix it “ so we had to take our valuables with us each day on the slope. The next day thr water stopped completely… only resolve to this was we had to move rooms entirely which was a pain. Then the 2nd room the heating would just cut out in middle of night, so would wake up cold. The breakfast we each paid $15 for was cold and minimal, most of it unable to eat, cold fried egg and other cold food. Inside the rooms there is minimal space to have bags so al bags outside in hallway. No hanging space inside the rooms so made it very difficult. Boot room down stairs the shoes racks are not heated so some stuff still wet. Side entrance to boot room not cleared at all so have to go through the room to access. Messaged prior to arrival to see if so one could collect us from the train station but no one responded so had to catch bus and walk .

My room smelled like sewerage the entire time and was unable to get rid of it. The heater was so loud I couldn’t sleep with it on so was 10° in my room at night

Allt annat. Bedrövlig entré där kaos är ett bra uttryck. Skor, pjäxor och tofflor överallt. Frukosten va rena skämtet. Onsen var ett fult badkar med mögel på spruckna kakelplattor och öppnade efter 19:00. Iskallt med 13 grader på rummet när vi kom och de va typ 14 grader i resten av ”hotellet”. Lyhört va det också.

The only good thing is the location if you visit for skiing. It is very close to the slopes. But that is also the only good thing. This Hotel should not be called a Hotel. It was dirty, the room was not cleaned at the breakfast was very bad. If you compare the standard in Europe or the USA this should be a 1-star place. However the owner is nice and tried to help us with transfer to the bus station etc. But i would really not reccomend this place. During the ski season it is also way to expensive. Overpirzed as crazy

The bed is extremely comfortable and the staff are super lovely and helpful. They even have a massage chair!!!!!!

Location was fantastic, a 1 minute walk onto the snow on one of the best resorts in Hakuba - Tsugaike Kogen. The hotel was clean, and the rooms we had were big with very comfortable beds. We didn't eat at the hotel as we don't eat breakfast and we ate out each night, but others rated the food. The staff (Grace and Harry) were kind and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. We hired ski/snowboard gear from them and it was good value.

The shared onsen facilities could do with a bit of a touch up, and it would be good if the onsen could have started a bit earlier than 6pm (we came off the slopes at 4pm when the lifts closed and would have loved an earlier onsen).

Great location adjacent to the ski slopes and nearby restaurants. As close to ski-in, ski-out as crossing the road. The hosts had recently purchased the hotel and were keen to provide a memorable customer experience. The included breakfast set us up for the day's skiing and the dinner option was excellent.

The room was rather smaller than anticipated and we had expected there to be a public onsen at the property.

地理位置非常好，可以滑进滑出。离bus站也不算远，附近10分钟的距离到直通东京和大阪的巴士，行李多可以提前跟住宿沟通接送。房东非常友好，给我提供很多帮助，住宿内的日式火锅很好吃。
