Die Wohnung war sehr liebevoll-maritim eingerichtet und dekoriert, es war alles da, was man brauchte, das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Es ist ruhig, man ist umgeben von Grün, zwei Strände (darunter der berühmte Spiaggia Ira) und eine kleine Ladenzeile mit (sehr teurem) Supermarkt sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Zum Hafen ist es ebenfalls ein Katzensprung, und wer ins Zentrum von Porto Rotondo möchte, hat es auch nicht weit.

"Lovely location and great host."

Location was excellent for exploring the beachs around northern Sardinia.

Some more kitchen utensils would have been beneficial. The apartment was very clean and ideal for a couple.

"Great stay at Luigi's"

This is my second time in Luigi's apartment. Great and very safe location for me and my daughter. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a free bus that takes you to the local beaches if you don't fancy driving. There are free and paid parking facilities around. The place was clean and provided toiletries and kitchen facilities. The internet connection worked well which was a plus as I had to work a few hours a day. Also, Luigi was always available when contacted and he gave us very clear instructions upon arrival.

Nog een toevoeging : aero conditioning was stuck at 24 degrees! so you cannot adjust yourself. the owner said that there is no possibility to adjust the temperature yourself!!! it was very hot in the room! In the end he adjusted the erco himself. We also paid €80 for cleaning and at the end we still had to throw away plastic and vegetable waste and cans ourselves! ridiculous ! the price quality really doesn't match the apartment

The apartment is well decorated and comfortable. Everything was very clean, functional, air conditioning was on when we arrived (it was a very very hot day). It had all the essentials for a pleasant vacation. Gardens around were nice and well cared for. Luigi was very informative, he took care of all the details making sure our stay was stress-free.

Parking can be difficult to find late in the afternoon & evenings. The terrace lacks a bit of privacy. This is also due to the complex being pretty full (it's the season!). These are minor details. Overall it is a fantastic place for a short vacation
