Hard to find anything.

Please note. If you will arrive to Ciampino or Casabianca by train...there is not possible to walk to this place, otherwise you want to have an accident. Only Taxi, uber. Room was dirty, bed linen looks unchanged, no even small light in the room - only big ceiling lamp. Doors unlocked. Walk to ciampino airport along the Hard shoulder of the motorway, anyway possible 30 minutes walking , but dangerous. Owner suggesting to order lux taxi for only 25 Eur.... Owner is doing trick and not accepting credit card, suggesting to pay cash. He made it 3 times and officially my card has expired, but in fact he did not wanted to have card payment.

The host was very nice, helpful and kind. He was waiting for us at the gate and offered to make us sandwiches since we got there late. They found us a taxi for a very early morning departure. Close to airport but will still cost you a taxi ride there.

The website does not clearly state what you are getting in terms of accommodations—it says it has five rooms, and the prices are pretty high to end up in a room with three beds, two wooden chairs, and bare walls. The property is at the back end of an unpaved road, and the taxi didn't want to go there. Bringing suitcases to the door might be a problem.

The host was really nice to offer us a ride at 4am to the airport. That saved our trip!! The first taxi could drive us only after 5am for 6am flight, which is too late

It is impossible/ scary to walk from the property to the airport. You can either choose a walk on the highway or through the fields.

Very nice host, he checked us in at midnight and woke up at 5:30 to help us leave for airport. Great location if you fly from Ciampino (30 minute walk to airport by historical Via Appia).

Our room did not have a lock. It was not possible to pay by card (only cash or PayPal was available). It is not possible to easily reach it from Rome via public transport.
