The owners are beautiful people, we felt like we were with family. The room was very clean and it was an easy walk into the town centre. The property is wonderful, my children loved being there, it was beautiful. We will be back for sure.

Nice owner, uses translator to communicate, clean, max recommend for 1 night stay. Has a parking and great bathroom.

That wasn’t too bad. Location ok. Near to the airport. That’ll be much help for tourists. That guy who own it was so kind.

I would say if he can add some kettle/few cofee,tea bags/ bottles of water that would be very handy for late check in tourist. And should fix the lock for bedroom much appreciated.

The hosts were incredible. We were welcomed warmly and during our conversation found out many amazing things about the property and the owners. They host long distance hikers from across the globe walking the Roman way which runs along the ancient Via Appia. It was a very special place to spend the night with a very homey vibe. Thank you! 😊

It would be great if the host could have a normal check-in time, so we could arrange our schedule accordingly better.

Everything in the room and bathroom was very clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable despite being 2 singles pushed together. There was an extensive outdoor area. It was very close to Rome Ciampino Airport. Lots of cute cats and kittens , great if you like them!

It was very difficult to find by car unless using the Google map directions and the signage was extremely poor, down a dirt road. The property was behind locked doors and the doorbell didn't work. However if cycling along the original Appian Way the signage was very clear and the entrance to the property was open. The grouting at the bottom of the shower tray was very rough and discoloured and the lower edge of the shower door was flaking off. The parking was outside the property having been advertised as on site. The WiFi was only working properly in the garden, a temporary fault awaiting an engineer. There was hot water in the evening but not in the morning, another temporary fault for which our host was very apologetic. There was no comfortable seating in the room, it felt pretty basic. It felt like everything was geared to the main summer season with limited facilities available outside that time. The bathroom was not en suite but just outside our room through a foyer whose light came automatically by a motion sensor (quite annoying when you needed the toilet in the middle of the night). We were not given a key to our room, only to the outer door to the accommodation, though we didn't need one as we were the only ones staying.
