Eka Hotel Eldoret

The hotel’s location is in the same building as of a mall which was super convenient and lively, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when our flights back to Nairobi were unexpectedly cancelled – they jumped in right away to assist us. A special shoutout to the concierge team and Thomas for their warm and professional support.

There were no plugs in the bathroom or in front of the full-size mirror, which made it tricky to style hair or use heat tools. The toilet sometimes kept running and needed a few extra flushes to fully stop.

Hotel Ambience was good. very professional staffs.

The breakfast was remarkable with awesome varieties to suite my palette. The chefs and waiting staff were exception and the time definitely worked for me and my set schedule.
