La cafetera y el descorchador estaban sucios , la colcha sin funda, no me aceptaron mi.peticion de la planta baja por estar ocupado pero dudo que hubiera alguien

酒店位置很好。步行比萨市中心20分钟。酒店旁边就有停车场。步行2分钟就有一家很棒的咖啡店。我们住在一楼的房间，可以连接背面的小花园，有桌椅可以放松，在这休息一会，聊天是很惬意的事情。

I liked the location, although was a tad of a walk to the main square or the Leaning Tower. However, really easy regarding key and security there. Room was nice, plenty of room for our stuff. Bathroom was clean and pleasant as well.

Just a tad of a trek to locations.

The room was wonderful, spacious, very clean, well furnished with patio garden. The location in the city was good, 30 minute stroll into the centre along the river, super cafe next door for breakfast. We found free street parking about 5 minutes from the flat.

Don't tyr uaing the safe ! It locked us out with passport etc inside. Found from other guests it happened to them too. Rang, messaged, WhatsApp'ed and email the emergency number Saturday evening and Sunday morning without reply. Finally contacted the maid who was brilliant and told me how to find and use the emergency key. An absolutely lovely lady but disappointed in the so-called emergency service (not to mention the safe)
