EVERYTHING! Room and toilets were beautiful, all very clean and comfortable. The backyard area was such a pleasant surprise. Easily the best accommodation we stayed in all of Italy.

A bit far from Pisa tower if you want to walking

Stayed here for 2 nights during our visit to Pisa and Florence. The property is as good as seen in the pictures. It is well maintained throughout with gardens in the front and back. The room we had was 401, it was a beautiful cottage like roon with beams on the ceiling. The room has a wardrobe, fridge, tea/coffee maker, toiletries, free good wifi, clean and hygienic towels, AC, radiator and access to the garden with chairs and a little table to enjoy the morning coffee. We didn't find it noisy at all. There is also a cafe just on the left of the property and an Italian restaurant approximately 10 mins walk from the property on the right. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and highly recommend it. The communication on whatsapp was clear and easy with instructions given on how to enter the premises, etc. The maid Helena is friendly and does her job very precisely and maintains the high standard. Located only 10mins from Pisa central station by bus (25mins walk) and 15 mins drive from the airport (taxi cost us Euro 12). The bus stop is across from the property and very frequent. You can take the bus 1+ to the station and from their it goes onto Leaning tower as well. Train, buses and taxis accept card/contactless payments. To go to the airport one can also take bus no. 1+ to the station and then airport shuttle to the airport terminal, the shuttle for the airport is located on a separate platform and the ticket can only be purchased at the platform and not the usual ticketing desk 9cost as same as train). To walk to the Leaning tower (25-30 mins) either follow the map or walk straight down to river Arno (15min) and then on the promenade turning right and another 15 mins to the tower enjoying the local streets, or you can stroll via Borgo stretto (main street) which also leads you to the tower. Overall it was an excellent stay and we enjoyed it.

Numuriņa dizains radīja sajūtu, it kā tā būtu kāda Toskānas villa. Numuriņš atradās pirmajā stāvā un līdz ar to bija iespēja iziet pagalmā un pasēdēt, pabaudīt rītu vai vakaru, pie sava dārza galdiņa. Bija ļoti pretīmnākoša un laipna apkalpošana gan no īpašnieka puses, gan istabenēm. Kvalitatīvas un skaidras instrukcijas, kā arī dažādu blakusesošo vietu ieteikumi. Ļoti laba lokācija, tieši blakus sabiedriskā transporta pietura un pāris minūšu gājienā ir liels lielveikals, kā arī perfekta konditorejas vietiņa- Buselli

Viss bija lieliski!

Könnyen megközelíthető szállás volt, kényelmes ággyal. A szállásadóval nagyon rugalmasan és gördülékenyen ment a kommunikáció. Bár nem találkoztunk, az egyértelmű útmutatások alapján minden a legnagyobb rendben volt.
