Great facilities and good location

Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and v well managed. Everything we needed was there. Quiet, brilliantly located , thoughtfully and well stocked. Beds and bedding first class. Perfrct location. Brilliant little find and an excellent stay. Thank you!

These are the tiniest points but would be the icing on the cake. The bath towels are a little too small. And the rooms could really benefit from light diffusing curtains for some privacy during the day as is a bit of a walk way to the main entrance just outside windows.

Excellent property to use as a base for Harrogate and surrounding areas. Extremely modern, high spec and very clean. 2 bathrooms was a bonus with 4 adults. As was the secured parking. Love that it was dog friendly too and much of Harrogate is.

Didnt seem to be operational fans in the bathrooms which made it very steamy and no windows to open to help remedy this.

Very spacious and having a dog with us there’s a field around where I was able to walk the dog. And not that far from the centre for shops and restaurants, etc….

Very close to the station, just a walk away from a Waitrose so very convenient for doing a food shop. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and very modern. The kitchen is well stocked with tea and coffee as well as a dishwasher for when you are feeling lazy. Amazing stay!
