La baia di Halong è un posto incredibile

Le attività non sono il massimo, un po’ disorganizzate, specie il day trip, che consiste in 4 ore di viaggio a/r su una barca secondaria con pochi servizi per una gita di 40 minuti in un villaggio commerciale. Zero flessibilità sugli orari ma spesso ritardi sulla tabella di marcia dovuti a loro.

The rooms was excellent. Restaurant service was great without forgetting our waiter Mr. Andy. Room service very good. facilities was great. I would suggest some music at least 1 hour after dinner.

Realmente de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido, el crucero por fuera no tiene el mejor aspecto pero por dentro es un lujo, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, con ventanas panorámicas que permiten una vista increíble!! Nuestra pieza tenía silla masajeadora, una tina muy buena y una terraza personal con buen tumbonas!! La atención del personal muy buena, la comida muy rica. 1000/10 este alojamiento y experiencia! El servicio de Roy fue excepcional!

El crucero es muy bonito y cómodo, habitaciones amplias y con grandes ventanales. Ambiente muy tranquilo. Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel y fueron muy detallistas con nosotros, nos decoraron la habitación y la mesa del restaurante, nos dieron tragos de cortesía y hasta nos cantaron y bailaron. Muy amable todo el personal de servicio, especialmente Ely. Lo recomendaríamos!

Solo que nos costó mucho contactarnos con ellos para agendar el traslado hacia el crucero, les escribimos por booking, correo y WhatsApp, sin obtener respuesta a tiempo, así que tuvimos que llamarlos por teléfono.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful meals with exceptional service. Rooms were big with a great layout and an amazing view. Special shoutout to Roy who looked after us! He was brilliant at his job.

The cruise was amazing. Right from the start, pre-boarding staff were very professional and helpful. That flowed through to our whole time on the cruise. Staff were exceptional. Our cabin was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was delicious, fresh and so tasty. The menu was varied. All of our dietary concerns were met without any difficulty. The bar deck was a great place to spend late afternoons and evenings. Heaps of different places to sit around different parts of the boat. We loved our 2night stay.

Very minor things. The tour of Cat Ba Island was good but they gave us too much time to wonder around. 45 minutes was too long. 20 minutes would have been ample. There is very little to do apart from walk the 50m stretch of small shops. Afternoon tea at 5pm was lovely on the the deck but it was all cakes and fruit. A savoury option would have been a really nice addition.
