Please contact us for details. === Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without pre notice due to weather and operation conditions. === Advanced registration will be required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date) at least 24 hours before departure by filling in the file attached with confirmation e-mail from the property. Guests with no information provided may not be allowed to check in on board. === Airport transfer service is available with an extra charge. Please inform Mon Chéri Cruise in advance of your flight details and expected arrival time. === Room rates include 2 complimentary bottled water per cabin. So clean and well maintained. Looked exactly like the pictures. Rooms were air conditioned perfectly, showers and spa excellent. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly

Staff are fabulous, food exceptional, views like nothing else.

Our room was close to the engine room so it was quite noisy when the boat was moving. Fortunately they anchored for most of the night. Engine started at about 5am though.

"Belle croisière sur la baie de Lan Ha."

Nous avions choisi la croisière 3j/2nuits avec une chambre triple océan. Nous nous sommes retrouvés tout à l'avant du bateau dans une chambre qui avait eu un problème de fuite de clim. Gros problème d'odeur dans la chambre et surtout de l'eau remontait du parquet. Après réclamation auprès du staff, il nous a été répondu que le bateau étant complet, ils ne pouvaient rien faire sur la première nuit, mais ils nous ont surclassés sur la 2eme nuit dans une chambre beaucoup plus confortable.Attention, les chambres océan ne sont pas les plus confortables surtout celle à l'avant car on entend très tôt le bruit de l'ancre. Par contre, les repas et les activités proposées sont très sympa même si c'est très minuté. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les cocktails le soir sur le pont du bateau sont très agréables.

La piscine est vraiment très très petite, comme la salle de sport.

"Relaxed and luxury experience"

Dinner was amazing, it feels like a michelin star experience. Staff was also amazing and they are ready to help and assist whenever you need.

It is not about the facility but i’d like to talk about sea:) you shouldnt expect a beautiful sea or swimming experience. It is like an amazon river more than a sea. But the views are breathtaking.
