Details as follow: - Pick up and drop off within Hanoi Old Quarter area only - Pick up time: from 09:00 to 09:30 - Rates: USD 40 per person (roundtrip) Private car is upon request. Please contact us for details. === Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without pre notice due to weather and operation conditions. === Advanced registration will be required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date) at least 24 hours before departure by filling in the file attached with confirmation e-mail from the property. Guests with no information provided may not be allowed to check in on board. === Airport transfer service is available with an extra charge. Please inform Mon Chéri Cruise in advance of your flight details and expected arrival time. === Room rates include 2 complimentary bottled water per cabin. Other drinks or beverages will be charged according to the menu. === Kindly note that there is surcharge of USD 50 for peak season for: Christmas Eve: 24 December New Year’s Eve: 31 DecemberPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. הצוות מאוד שירותי ונעים. החדרים מרווחים ונוחים ומתאימים למשפחה. הנופים מדהימים. הפעילויות קיימים והשחיה מאוד כפיות. הכל מאוד מאורגן ומורגש כי הושקעה מחשבה ומשאבים רבים על מנת להוציא את הכל אל הפועל.

לא מונגש מספיק לילדים. זמני הארוחות מאוד נוקשים ואין כיבוד בין לבין כך שאם ילדים זה פחות נוח. הטיול יום היה כיפי, אבל היינו צריכים לעלות על סירה אחרת ולשוט שעתיים(!) על מנת להגיע למקום. זה לא היה מספיק ברור לפני ואם היינו יודעים ייתכן והיינו מוותרים.

Ce que j’ai le plus apprécié c’était la qualité du service, tout le personnel était au petit soin. De plus les chambres et le bateau sont magnifiques et les excursions de très bonne qualité. J’ai participé à cette croisière en solo et j’ai même eu l’opportunité de rencontrer du monde ce qui était top !

Mon Cheri provided one of the best luxury and gastronomic experiences ever enjoyed. I truly appreciated everything they offered, and I am especially grateful for the fantastic room accommodation. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I would also like to give special recognition to one of the managers who looked after us, Ann. She was absolutely lovely and delivered spectacular customer service throughout our stay. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Only the location and staff.

Entertainment was missing No activities as such, only kayaking and cave tour was there. Cruise is also very old, and not good looking
