Transfer service to and from Mon Chéri Cruise Pier in a shared limousine is available at the additional charge. Details as follow: - Pick up and drop off within Hanoi Old Quarter area only - Pick up time: from 09:00 to 09:30 - Rates: USD 40 per person (roundtrip) Private car is upon request. Please contact us for details. === Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without pre notice due to weather and operation conditions. === Advanced registration will be required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date) at least 24 hours before departure by filling in the file attached with confirmation e-mail from the property. Guests with no information provided may not be allowed to check in on board. === Airport transfer service is available with an extra charge. Please inform Mon Chéri Cruise in advance of your flight details and expected arrival time. === Room rates include 2 complimentary bottled water per cabin. Other drinks or beverages will be charged according to the menu. === Kindly note that there is surcharge of USD 50 for peak season for: Christmas Eve: 24 December New Year’s Eve: 31 DecemberPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
