Details as follow: - Pick up and drop off within Hanoi Old Quarter area only - Pick up time: from 09:00 to 09:30 - Rates: USD 40 per person (roundtrip) Private car is upon request. Please contact us for details. === Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change without pre notice due to weather and operation conditions. === Advanced registration will be required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date) at least 24 hours before departure by filling in the file attached with confirmation e-mail from the property. Guests with no information provided may not be allowed to check in on board. === Airport transfer service is available with an extra charge. Please inform Mon Chéri Cruise in advance of your flight details and expected arrival time. === Room rates include 2 complimentary bottled water per cabin. "Beautiful experience"

It was a beautiful experience and the room was clean and comfortable with great windows all over for beautiful views. Food was amazing and so was the staff (especially Darwin in the restaurant). I was solo and Darwin ensured I’m well fed and comfortable during my stay. He should be manager, he was that good!

Ich war positiv überrascht. Es war nicht überfüllt von Touristen (was ich vorab oft gelesen habe). Das Schiff hat ebenfalls überrascht, da es von außen eher unscheinbar wirkt. Die Kabine war wirklich toll! Umgehauen hat mich die Qualität vom Essen. Hab schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Genauso hervorragend war der Service vom Personal! Sehr empfehlenswert.

"10/10 TRIP"

There was nothing that I did not like about the mon cheri, the staff makes you feel super welcomed, greeting you and smiling from the first moment up to saying goodbyes on the ferry, the itinerary was quite good, activates was amazing. What amazed me also was the food, either the buffet which was halal certified, or the dinner which felt like a Michelin star course meal

Nothing about the trip it self, only that two days before the trip they contacted me to change the cruise into another one, which was super weird for me since I came to know later that other people on the cruise did book initially another cruise and got shifted into Mon Cheri, so I did not know why the cruises in ha long bay are doing that shuffle

Everything. All the staff were amazing (especially Jess and Jasmine). Boat was very clean and comfortable. Good atmosphere on board. Food was plentiful. Planned activities and tours were enjoyable. Views and surrounds stunning.

The quality of the water of Ha Long Bay, which is totally out of the boat's control and not a reflection on them.

The meals were delicious. The bed was comfortable. The views from the bedroom and dining room were fanrastic. The pool was very nice to relax in. They surprised us with a wonserful birthday cake and performance during dinner. The TV waa a little difficult to operate.

The boat didnt travel along very far it mainly parked in the bay.. The transfer boats and day boats do not have enough rails to allpw for safe embarking and disembsrking for people with mobility issues. There are too many ships in the bay but I suppose this cant be helped and is not Mon Cheri's fault.
