Clean and great location. Very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like is while taking a shower the water would turn to scalding hot water. If you turned up the cold after a second or two it would freezing cold. Would do this several times during a shower and would just have to turn the shower head for a few seconds. But water was hot enough to burn someone.
