Nice surrounding area, easy access to the main street, nice restaurants.

I would like coffee in the room. Having to go to the office for your first cup of coffee was not ideal.

The property was close to downtown, very reasonably priced and nice and clean inside.

This is trivial, I know, but I personally would get rid of those little TVs and the TV cabinets and hang a bigger TV on the wall to enjoy when we are kicking back on the bed. And allow customers to log into their own Netflix and Amazon video accounts.
