Perfecte ligging, vriendelijk personeel, top!

Great staff and awesome food! Amazing view, too

This is a comfortable place located up high with excellent views of Ella Rock. The freshly made omelette at breakfast time was delicious. It's a short walk into town along the train line which is fun! Ella is a real party town and the place was humming the night we were there!

Despite being told our room would be ready in 10 minutes, and having advised the staff of our early check-in time through WhatsApp prior to our arrival, we had to wait 30+ minutes which was frustrating! Being on the top floor, we did have to walk up 50+ stairs to get to our room so if you're older or less mobile this could be a challenge.

Über die Schienen ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt, die Lage für ruhige Abende und trotzdem genug Trubel ist perfek. Tolle Aussicht!

Das Badezimmer entspricht nicht dem europäischen Standard.

Maisema, allas, siisteys. Henkilökunta oli erittäin miellyttävää.

Jääkaappi olisi ollut kiva.

Good service and friendly staff

One of our two rooms had a very bad smell from mould in the bathroom. The other room was pretty much just a bed, not much room to keep luggage and to move around.

Excellent, friendly staff. Very clean rooms and an excellent pool.

Very little! They did get one food order wrong once, but that's really the only negative thing I have to say!
