Easy to find, close to central

The fan didn't work... and I don't think the pool exists anymore .. I just stayed the one night it was nice

"Good location, great food in the restaurant and the garden was beautiful."

Great Location and the breakfast was lovely, very enjoyable.

The safe was broken and the double mortice lock on the door didn't work as the lock was misaligned, although the top lock worked, but I would have preferred these things were working.

Clean and spacious rooms, the breakfast at the restaurant Casa 8 was so delicious.. will definitely recommend for someone adventuring in Playa del Carmen for a couple of days.

"They should train their staff on how to be better"

The a/was really good/ but they turn it off when we leave the room supposedly because electricity was so expensive!!!!

Everything was a chaos even the staff
