They had given our room to someone else and we had to find a new hotel upon arrival as the two rooms available didn't have balcony or even window and were awful while our reserved room had a balcony with pool view

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. The bathroom had a dirty smell that seeped into the entire room, making the stay genuinely unpleasant. There was no hot water in the shower, and the overall condition of the room was old and run-down — especially the bathroom, which is in serious need of a full renovation. Staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful, and communication was difficult as very few spoke English. The pool looked nothing like the photos online — large, dark stains covered the pool floor, which made it look unclean and uninviting. Overall, the place looked far better in the pictures than in reality. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
