Very nice room close to Echo beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Good AC and wifi. Very helpful and kind staff.

The room had everything we needed & the hosts are so nice and helpful

There was a loud noise going on and off during the nights (maybe some ac)

It needs a nice piece of art on the wall. That would be a game changer. The room is very bare, empty.

Internet needs improvement. The neighbor had a much stronger and reliable connection, perhaps they should hire the same provider. The water tank makes a lot of noise every time some is using water which can be annoying in the middle of the night. If they sound prove the rooms and place a more comfortable chair, sofa, the place can be really great. It has potential.

For the price you pay, the room is great value. It was clean, and had hot water, AC, comfortable bed. Even though they were sleeping, the owners were very kind to assist me with check-in at 3am. It's a good budget option.

It's a bit hard to find from the main road. There is a small sign next to the mini-mart but it's easy to miss. Besides a room with a bed, there are no other facilities.

Great location, very quiet environment (besides traffic or occasional party noise), reasonably in distance of restaurants, shops, market and beach.

The communication with the property was a bit slow, but otherwise, all good.
