Great location and after midnight nice and quiet despite the busy places nearby. Value for money is good.

The bathroom and toilet especially were not clean and were not cleaned even after asking the staff to do so. Bathroom door is *very* transparent putting you on display while sitting on the toilet.

Location was really good. Bed was really comfortable and felt clean. AC was great. The wifi in my room was really good but I think it varies depending on the room. Staff were amazing.

It would've been nice to have sheer curtains for the room, not just the normal curtains. Basically if I opened my curtains for light, people can just see right inside the room. I think there might've been a small leak in the bidet tube or something because there was constantly a small puddle in the bathroom that never evaporated.

2 minute walk to echo beach/ sunset beach markets, shops, good wifi quite place during week its comfortable, clean, share kitchen and good friendly staff

Weekend can be noise from the street my room was ground level close to the street so if want quite room maybe upstairs back is better

Right near the surf beach, various restaurants and convenience stores. Well-run guest house with excellent and friendly and staff. Clean, comfy rooms.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, good shower pressure. Excellent value.

Only thing was that the air con wasn’t that strong but was cool enough to be comfortable.
