La ubicación, hay cientos de opciones más en la zona y más económicos, no reservaría jamás aqui de nuevo. Me siento engañada. Llevo 9 años reservando por booking y jamás una mala experiencia como esta..

Desastre absoluto 3 dias sin calefacción en pleno diciembre. Lloviendo en la calle, y sin posibilidad de poner una calefacción al llegar a la habitación. Habitación helada y húmeda una vergüenza. No solucionaron nada. Ni una manta mas ni un radiador.. nada!!! Un auténtico disparate.. pasamos mucho mucho frio, entre 8-11 grados la habiatción. NADIE NOS AYUDÓ. Nos estropearon el viaje por ser unos cara dura no tener ningún tipo de atención a los huéspedes.. no lo recomiendo

El frío que había era insostenible, la celafaccion parecía que estaba de adorno porque no calentaba nada. Hay mucho ruido, se escucha todo lo de la calle de noche

Mattress could have been better

- Good location. Cute place. I am not a light sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but it can be very loud during the day with constructions, street cleaning, tours you can hear outside. At night not bad, just a few sounds of people drunk walking by, but nothing bad. Location is top top top for tourism. - Good value for money. - Fairly clean.

- In November the room is insanely COLD, im talking about 15C degrees, because they expect to heat up a full studio with the heating function of a wall AC. Maybe not in cold times it dan - The water heater works for like 6 mins -If you have a bug suitcase, just keep in mind there is jo elevator, staircase is steep and very small.

Sicuramente il punto forte della struttura è la posizione. È letteralmente nel cuore del centro storico. Lo staff delle pulizie è stato gentilissimo al mio arrivo nel mostrarmi la stanza giusta e dandomi tutti i kit di cui avevo bisogno.

È stato tutto perfetto per me ma segnalo che la struttura non è adatta a chi ha problemi di mobilità. Non c’è un ascensore e la posizione è piuttosto scomoda in quanto in salita.

Great use of space, well decorated and really comfy for a short stay.

It’s in a perfect location for exploring Porto, but with that comes a fair amount of street noise from bars, restaurants and early morning street cleaning.
