Urban Cliff Hotel

Nothing. one of the most ridiculous hotel we have stayed.

My father who is a 70 years old man was stuck inside the washroom for 30 minutes because there was no water inside the hotel. Hotel looks shady. I can send you the pictures as to how dirty the hotel is. Imagine a senior citizen being a CKD patient stuck inside the washroom for 30 minutes. Even after complain there was no water. had to come out and go to another room for water to clean himself. you can see in the pictures the moment you park your vehicle. there is restaurant in the ground floor and after any function the food is dumped beside the restaurant and you get down from your vehicle to see this filthiness.Worst Hotel I need a refund for my father who has gone through an harassment. Ordered nan from the restaurant sent us the burnt nans which cannot be eaten.

Dirty Worse experience in my life All day party on the next room with 50 people inside smoking and drinking around 4am in the morning. Not recommended at all and don't go with family.
