Property Notes

NOTICE: Cape Winds has a construction project to repair the balconies in the 1 and 8 stacks. The construction is projected to be from September 3rd to November 23rd, 2024. During this time the pool, hot tub and grill will be closed on weekdays Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm but will be open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. There will be noise and dust from the construction throughout the building during this time. We have reduced our rates during this time period for the inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We had an amazing view of the beach from our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. The cando was located close to anything that we wanted to go and do.

Location next to the beach with a great view on rocket launch. Nice swimming pool. No problems with parking. Restaurants and stores nearby. A lot of beach, pool and apartment helpful utilities. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels.

Relatively loud pool machine next to the balcony. Plenty of requirements regarding check out ( including the temperature setting ). Some problems with getting the code for the front door at the beginning.

Very happy with our stay. It was very clean, had a nice view of the ocean from back patio. The grounds were clean and they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, even a football to throw around in the beach. All of the appliances worked well and supplied plenty of towels and even had body wash and shampoo. Amanda checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied, directions to get in the condo was easy. Overall, very pleased by our stay and would stay again.

Great location and the condo was great

Hot tub. Jets are not very strong at all.
