Great view altho I paid for it, had all support to be at beach location, had all support to stay 3 weeks

appliances didn't work- disposal n dishwasher dryer lint trap weird n old, issue with door lock these things s/h/b caught n fixed b4 I stayed but know prop mgmt was helpful by text to acknowledge issues if not fix them all while I was there

The location is awesome—quiet, with a lack of crowds. There are two bedrooms. I was traveling with Mom and was able to sleep in a separate room to avoid snoring. Comfy beds, a lot of kitchen cookware. Appreciated the beach chairs provided in the apartment.

The apartment is a little dirty. The sliding door railings in the shower and balcony never seem to be cleaned. The cooktop's right burner was broken. Some cookware and plates were dirty with dried-out food from previous tenants. No sponge to wash the plates -- so used a small towel. The building's overall state seems a little under-maintained -- dusty outside walls, natural trash on the stairs and corridors (palm leaves, bark, sand, dead insects -- no actual human-produced trash though).

The location was great. Just a little ways off of the beach.

Location was great. Close to the beach and the pool was nice.

Our unit was dirty. Mold was growing in the showers, bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. And there was food left in the couch. All beds need to be replaced. They were super uncomfortable. My 7 year old even complained that his back was hurting after sleeping on them.
