Excellent location, a minute walk from Lyabi Hauz and minutes away from Old town. If you are not used to local architectural style, the street may look a bit desolated, but it was actually very safe, clean and well-lighted. Lots of restaurants and tourist shops nearby, yet the house is in a very quiet area. Property is run by a family, very polite and helpful. Room was spacious, everything looked brand new, absolutely clean, very good internet. There were no issues with water, hot water or power supply, the room was warm (October, cold wave outside). Breakfast was included, mostly home-made products. Registration slip was provided upon request, all booking charges were as initially stated in the booking, no hidden costs. Without being luxury, for the price offered, the property is an excellent choice for exploring the town. Will chose the same place again if I visit Bukhara, thank you for a great stay :)

No complaints, only tiny recommendations. Room furniture can be improved (nigh lamp, drawer) but I think owners are working on it and the property will get even better with time. Was not an issue for me though. Breakfast can be a little bit more varied and richer for a long-stay, but it corresponds fully to the reasonable price per night. I did however try local jam and home-made rolls with yoghurt cream, which were delicious :)

Excellent location, a minute walk from Lyabi Hauz, a great and lively area with stores and restaurants and with unique local vibe, where you can just watch people walking or enjoy a stroll and delicious dinner. Very polite and helpful hosts, spacious and clean room, great internet, very reasonable prices. The property is a great choice for exploring the town, highly recommended!

Very good location and warm room.

The structure fully corresponds to the description. The facilities and the services offered are proportionate to the price of the stay, so the rooms are quite basic but nevertheless comfortable. The location is just few minutes away from Lyabi Khause Square. Overall, good value for money.

The rating would have been higher if some additional blankets had been provided or if the one provided had been a little thicker. At the end of October I had to turn on the heating function of the air conditioner until late at night (and it is quite noisy as well as not convenient from both an ecological and economic point of view). Finally, a slightly more varied breakfast would have been appreciated: with two eggs a day I'm afraid my cholesterol has doubled up.

Room is small but well maintained n clean. The place is run by the owner's two daughters, both are very friendly n helpful. Breakfasts is simple. However, Maftuna makes sure there is always different items served. A short walking distance to most attractions and a 15-20mins walk to The Plov. Thumb up 👍 for this property. Just a note to all guests. The walls between rooms are thin. Please keep to low volume.

The room was excellent and clean, and it is in the perfect location to explore the old city. The breakfast was more than enough. The host responds quickly. The host and family were kind, and we'd definitely stay again.

More tables are needed for breakfast since the two tables only accommodate two groups. We had to wait about 30 minutes, past the breakfast timing (8-9 am), to sit for breakfast. This was inconvenient for both the host and the guests.
