HAVAS Guest House

I loved this guesthouse! Really peaceful, the best breakfast I had so far in uzbekistan. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the main square and 10-15 minutes from all the main attractions. I would recommend to anyone, it is such great value for money : )

Nothing- everything was great

I really liveked this guest house. Again very family orientated.. The mother, father, granddad and children all played a part. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, eggs etc. The room was a good size for a solo traveller. Young maftoona would ensure soon as you are up breakfast is brought to you and she would baby sit her young sister Hatija. Maftoona was the direct communication link to the guest house. Launderette service was also available. I found the guest house a perfect location, close to the ark, Naqshbandi mosque, imam ghazali mosque and the kalyon mosque. . The guest house was value for money.

Neat family run guesthouse. Rooms are on 2nd floor which is new. Location is very convenient, just between Lyabi Khause and Ark of Bukhara, so about the middle of old town, but in the back streets, so it’s very calm. All the main attractions are walking distance, ~10 minutes. Hosts are very nice, and they make hearty breakfast which is enjoyed in outside sitting area. Definitely extra value for the money.

Very good value for what you get. Room has AC which is great. Cleaningness is impeccable. The location is perfect. The included breakfast is very much appreciated, it is quite good.

When I was there, it was pretty empty, I think we were around 3 in the guest house. I asked for a late checkout (3pm) which I didn't expect to be an issue. But they refused to my surprise until I asked if I could pay extra. I ended up paying extra 30k som, which is not much. But I would have appreciated the gesture.

A very nice place, clean and quiet, appears to be newly built or renovated. Quiet, a very nice breakfast and great location with a nice family living on the ground floor.

- Nice family staff - Simple but nice rooms and breakfast : for 10$ this is perfect - Possibility to check in late (my train arrived at midnight) and leave your bags during the day before leaving

What a nice place! The family is lovely, the rooms are new and clean and the breakfast is wonderful👍🏼. Location is perfect, with just a 5 minute walk to the city centre and a little shop nextdoor. Would recommend this place!
