A very nice location, and both Matteo and Roberto are very welcoming people with good knowledge of the area

As we have come to realize, through reading other reviews of the place, there is a tendency to accuse visitors who complain about the cleanliness of expecting a 5-star experience. So we would like to emphasize that we in no way shape or form are expecting, nor looking for a 5-star experience. We don’t mind a bit of rough around the edges, a dog that poops in the yard once in a while etc. to us - that adds a homey character, that elevates the experience. What we don’t expect however, wether it be a 5-star or a guest house experience is black mold in the bathroom; dirty dishes and cutlery that obviously haven’t seen a proper washing; spotted towels; uncleaned fridges and a collection of undefined grime on the beds bug-net. The place is simply not unclean or dirty, but looks like a deteriorating house that has a makeover/shape up long overdue.

It was close to the beach, it had a pool for cooling off in, our dog was welcome and the host Roberto was exceptional! We were invited to join him and his friends for a bbq with home cooked food. Delicious!

L’hôte, Roberto, s’est montré extrêmement sympathique à notre égard, nous permettant d’arriver plus tôt que l’heure initiale du check in et de repartir plus tard que celle du check out. Il est très accueillant et donne d’excellents conseils concernant les activités et les restaurants. Son chien, Marley, est extrêmement accueillant aussi.

the host was really nice. The breakfast was very good.

The lack of maintenance (like the mosquito’s net with wholes and fan really dirty, but really not a big deal). The absence of key lock for the room leaving it completely open all day.

Roberto foi um excelente anfitrião! Desde o primeiro momento fomos muito bem recebidos e ele nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Deu ótimas dicas da cidade e nos orientou sobre as melhores formas de deslocamento. O café da manhã estava muito gostoso e foi acompanhado de diálogos agradáveis. O espaço é bem roots e combina total com a praia e com o conceito da cidade. Amamos! Voltaríamos com certeza!
