HEAVEN HILL LANTA

The facilities were actually quite nice, and the atmosphere was comfortable, but the place felt strangely deserted. There were very few guests, which made it feel a bit eerie at times. One of the biggest downsides was the communication—most of the staff spoke very little English, making it quite difficult to ask questions or get help. This made the service feel quite impersonal. The location was decent, and it was clean, but for the price, I expected more. If you’re looking for a quiet place and don’t mind limited interaction with staff, it might work for you. However, if you value good service and a lively atmosphere, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Lovely rooms and beautiful view from them, the bed was super comfy which was lovely as we found beds in general very hard in Thailand

It was a little bit too far from Lanta Old Town, we had a motorbike so it was OK, definitely need transport

The wonderful view from the balcony/terrace, the friendly staff (super helpful with free drop off at Lanta's old town), the remote location and the modern room.

While the location is remote and beautiful, it is close enough to the old town (10 minutes drive) but pretty far from the rest of the island "main" beaches (20/25 minutes drive) and almost 40 to the harbour. Also, accommodation type (Deluxe double room with balcony and sea view) initially booked for was not available (in fairness, due to maintenance work postponed because of subcontractor's unavailability)

Everything! Amazing space, our favourite accomodation in Lanta. 10 minutes from Lanta Old Town, which is just the most charming little village. Staying on the east coast feels like a holiday from your holiday – highly recommended – and Heaven Hill is the perfect base.

Nothing to dislike at all. Restaurant was typically quite quiet but there are other places to eat at in the area.

Location is fantastic, super quiet, amazing view.

Not much to dislike, really.
