Utama Villas Beach Front Candidasa

The staff were friendly and helpful,beautiful place ,clean and is beachfront,the pool was great and so were the views with just a few steps down to beach which is clean and the water warm. My friend and l really enjoyed most aspects of our stay. We would have loved to been able to stay there longer. There were drinks on arrival and a fruit bowl in the room, breakfast was good and there was a good choice of options. The air conditioning worked well,there was a kettle and fridge and also an in room safe,there were chairs and table outside as well as a couch,not all rooms had all of these things. We were invited to celebrate the manager’s birthday and share a meal with them which was lovely. My friend and l stayed in the delux rooms in front of the pool facing the water. I would definitely go there again but l don’t think l will use this site to do so, l would book directly.

I was totally humiliated when we went for tea when the manager came and said there was a problem with my booking and that booking. Com had sent them my booking details saying l had only paid for 2 nights and not 3 and l would need to pay more to which l stated l would not do,l then was also informed l was in the wrong room type but l had been given this room ,l was also offered to pay the difference and stay in the room, things were eventually sorted out after showing how much l had paid and also a message saying l would be staying in the room l had been given the key for,l would have to say l am not pleased with this booking site as they were the cause of most of this issue and put a taint on what was meant to be a great stay , and l will probably start looking at other means of booking my future accommodation.

Nothing absolutely nothing apart from it’s a new building but moldy as the rooms are closed and not used.

I booked with them for the amount of 692 AED. The same day another transaction for 469 AED which both are showing for booking.com. Whatever what they advertised for it on their page it’s not the reality. We arrived to a « hotel » with no reception and we had to wait for the staff to come from her house as she said she went to sleep. Not a single guest in the hotel or a staff. When we asked for food they said we can make only French fries. The room were all full of mold so they decided to give us a sunny room which they said it’s an upgrade. The breakfast was the lowest quality I have ever seen and still no other guests or staff around. We have to speak to the cook with signs to get us « the manager » , when she arrived she said that she is going to a ceremony and she has to come to us to help , we left the hotel immediately as the way she is acting and the owner is talking to us over the phone looked weird and not safe. Once leaving they said you contact booking it’s not our fault and let’s see what they can . After contacting booking they said they cannot do anything , knowing when you check their website or booking , it’s showing sold out!Please do not book this hotel It’s a scam.

I found the hidden gem ! Location near by the main street area, the staff so helpful, the room was clean, the bed was huge ! And the greatest thing is the private beach ! I am so in love with this area and definetely will come back soon to this villa ! Thank you bu wayan for your hospitality ❤️

We checked into the sea view room and it was just magical! The most perfect view to exist :)

The pool overlooking the beautiful blue ocean and then when you turn around, there's the jungle 😊

Our room didn't have a fridge but my cousin's room did. But that was ok, we were able to use my cousin's fridge 😄

Beautiful spot on beach front , good for couple of days to do some snorkelling but no longer, breakfast very basic if included

Hard to communicate with as not good English very hit and miss if got what asked for. Room very basic, had no hot water for shower. Couple nice little places to eat (again hit n miss what you get) and couple of shops for water , &milk if wish to have a coffee in room.
