Bryn Mynach Annex

We had a lovely weekend here despite Storm Darragh coming to visit - this was a lovely cosy apartment, only a short walk from facilities in the town, exceptionally clean and tidy. We'll definitely look into returning at some point, especially as we need to come back to Barmouth for another attempt to do the parkrun!

A teapot and cafetière would be nice additions to the property but everything else was great.

Lovely home with everything you could need. Some nice touches like chocolates and prosecco. Nice hot shower. Beautiful gardens. Short walk into Barmouth. Friendly host but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend it for a holiday in the area.

The very steep drive....! Unfortunately my elderly parents could not manage it so we had to use the car every time we went out. I found it steep but manageable with care but it would deter me from staying there again with my parents.

The privacy and location of the annexe and knowing someone was living next door if we needed anything. It was close enough to the centre to access all amenities too. We were enchanted with the property which had a lived in feel with homely fixtures and fittings. We definitely recommend staying here as it stands out from everywhere else we looked at in the area

The instructions to find the property by foot from the railway station in Booking.com took us up the main road out of Barmouth and then down to Bryn Mynach Road via a steep sreps. This was not the ideal route. We soon discovered the best route.

Clean. cosy, warm Superb location and host so friendly Quiet, could not have asked for better

Nothing but the lights in the main bedroom were too dim No real issue as we could use the single room to get ready etc

Duvet was too hot.ve

Located within walking distance of the centre of Barmouth yet still felt secluded. A lovely, comfortable holiday let with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The lounge opens out onto a wildlife friendly garden. Tracy, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. The annexe was spotlessly clean on arrival.

There was nothing “not to like”. Everything was as described on the website and we would definitely recommend this holiday let.
