The annexe was ideal for a relaxing weekend away, very comfortable, clean, well equipped, with lovely furnishings, nothing had been overlooked. Lovely welcome gift of wine & chocolates & even fresh milk in the fridge, just perfect. Thankyou.

Lovely, spacious, clean cottage in a fabulous location. On-site parking, close to amenities. A few minutes walk and you are in the centre of Barmouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the place was great. The location was perfect. 5 minutes from the beach but Bryn Mynach was amongst trees and countryside. Perfect location.Waking up to birdsong every morning was lovely. Duck pond at bottom of garden. Parking available by the house. Co op 5 minutes away. One of the nicest place we have stayed at. There was also a welcoming pack of milk, chocolates and Prosecco.
