Lovely cosy ,cottage spacious,home from home comforts . Thank you,Saul and Tracey for wine ,milk and chocolates.. Really enjoyed our stay .

If there is one small criticism, as your asking .Just think small handrail on shower wall ,as I kept thinking ,I would slip ,coming out of shower .Lovely shower otherwise .xx

"An oasis of calm in the middle of Barmouth"

It is beautifully situated in an oasis in the middle of Barmouth. Overlooking a lake full of ducks and in an annex of the main house. The hosts were very hospitable and attentive. Very accessible by walking into town and the quality of the furnishings were 5 star. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere

"Lovely gem in Barmouth"

The place was very new, and lovely done. The host met us at the gate of the property, which is tucked away in a quite corner of Barmouth, with just a short walk to the beach and harbour. Everything felt easy and well looked after, very comfortable as well. Their dinner recommendations were spot on too.

Nothing really. If they had a fireplace it would have been tops.
