Beautiful old house full of books and games, a lovely place to stay.

Very friendly. Great communication before arrival. Very well equipped, especially for our young family. Great location. Lovely bonus of breakfast staples and wine left for us on our arrival. Thank you!

We found the parking to be ok (great that it was off the street), but would be tricky to get in/out of if you didn’t have reversing cameras or someone to help guide you.

Everything was just perfect and made for great stay.

We loved everything about our stay here in Napier. Wakefield and Rowena have great communication, which made the lead up smooth sailing. We loved the character of the house and the location was very central.

No physical key we received a key code and we’re met there by Wakefield, the person managing the house. Access was easy and trouble free. We loved staying in this home so much that we extended by another day. The home has 3 bedrooms, high ceilings a full kitchen and laundry and the bath was a bonus as where the epsom salts. Wakefield was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and very hospitable leaving us bread, milk and eggs. A great arrange of tea, coffee, chocolate milk. It was great to hear about the little about the house and its history. The bedrooms were fantastic with beautiful linen and plenty of pillows. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Lovely French doors to the deck area - one off one of the bedrooms. A huge range of interesting books to read, if you have the time. So much to do in Napier and this home is very central to everything. I cannot speak highly enough of this home. A true home away from home. No issues for us with the parking. If you’re looking for a place in Napier this one has to be high on your list. We would definitely love to stay again and would highly recommend it.

This house has great attention to detail and I cannot think of anything that would need to be improved. 10/10 from us.
