"Wonderful old villa, beautifully equipped and in a great location."

8.0

Beautiful old villa in a wonderful location (road was a little noisy at night with some inconsiderate drivers racing occasionally) Fabulous garden with vegetables that we were invited to eat. House full of interesting books and fridge full of food. Beds were comfortable and Wakefield was amazingly attentive during a area wide power cut

A little dusty in places, had to clean all the spiders out of one room.

"Excellent. Would stay again."

A real home away from home feel.

Bit of a hill to and from town centre.

"Spacious, well-equipped, warm welcome from the host"

Location! Perfect stay for our 4 day stay in Napier. House was tastefully decorated to suit its age and style. Loved the balcony and utility room. Thoughtful touches like fruit, bread, milk and butter, assortment of teas and coffees were provided.

It was a comfortable, well equipped historic home within a few minutes drive of the city centre and shops.

Nothing.

"Long weekend getaway with friends."

8.0

It was a well-appointed old home, with loads of character. Perfect for two couples to share. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, and pots and pans. We all felt it was a comfortable place to stay. Access to town and the port was easy and taxi costs reasonable. The owner is very helpful and lives nearby. The character features and vintage collections around this home are delightful. We all think we will look to stay here again.

Having only one full bathroom was a bit of a juggle for four, but we worked it out. The driveway and parking is a little tricky. But does have an off-street park. You just need to take care with the approach..

"Beautiful Heritage Home"

10.0

Beautiful heritage home set on the hilltop close to the Napier CBD. The home was very well maintained and equipped for our stay. Beds were very comfortable

The driveway is very steep and although you can drive out of the driveway onto the street it is hard to see the traffic coming from either direction, fortunately Milton Street is not very busy. There is street parking if you don't like the driveway.

"A unique and beautiful house to stay when you visit Napier."

10.0

A lovely rustic house with beautiful rooms and features. Plenty of facilities and room to accommodate a large group of travelers. They provided us with some love cheese and delightful bottle of wine to help us settle in. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Access off the street to the accommodation was tricky as was maneuvering the car in and out of the parking spot. This was only a minor hassle.
