Couldn't fault anything
ITAppartamento vicino a posti interessanti per pranzare e cenare. Confortevole, ben arredato. Ottimo funzionamento TV e wi-fi. C'era il ferro da stiro, l'asse per stirare e lo stendino per asciugare la biancheria.
Non c'erano griglie per cucinare e nemmeno scolapasta e altri utensili es. schiumarola. Non c'era lo spazzolino WC per pulire in bagno. C'è stata scarsa comprensione nella comunicazione. La pulizia poteva essere più accurata.
FRLogement; vétuste, présence d'un lave-linge, étendoir qu'on peut placer en extérieur devant l'appartement qui est en RDC. Un gros manque d'hygiène (toilette, bac de douche, évier). Un tout petit ballon d'eau pour l'eau chaude où j'ai à peine pu prendre ma douche (je n'ai pas pu laver mes cheveux). Présence de fourmis dans la cuisine et au sol. Personne pour m'accueillir j'ai dû contacter sur place le propriétaire pour avoir le code du boîtier pour les clés, j'ai dû attendre un peu plus de 30 min, le temps au téléphone des formalités, copie du passeport. Résidence sécurisé, bon emplacement, commerces de proximité, juste à côté à pieds le quartier populaire El Salam, très animé le soir. Suite à un gros manque d'hygiène dans le logement je ne me suis pas sentie à l'aise non plus pour y dormir, j'ai réservé 3 nuits. J'ai préféré prendre un autre logement après 2 nuits, j'ai perdu 1 nuit mais je n'était pas bien dans le logement. Les informations sur le manque de propreté de l'appartement ont été transmises au propriétaire sur WhatsApp.

GBThe apartment manager was polite and attentive. Good communication and it was easy to find the location of the accommodation. The location was ideal (not for tourists) as it was close to the hustle and bustle of locals.
The accommodation was filthy and poorly cleaned. There was grime, ant infestation, and dusty cupboards and furnishings. I opted to check-out a day earlier due to ants. Don't let the photos fool you. It needs a good deep-clean, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. The livingroom was pleasant and the wifi was good. The light blwom in the bedroom.
