GBThe lounge was the only nice area
Very shabby,the kitchen had very few things,I had a gas bottle to light a gas 3 ring counter top,no microwave ,no toaster,no hot water in kitchen and bathroom,the warm water run cold after 1 minute of showering,awful.Also had a visit from a cockroach,disgusting
BEFirst of all I must mention that Mr. Ayoub is a punctual and friendly person 💯 Through WhatsApp he's just a moment/text away and always ready to help. In my case the fridge wasn't working. No problem Mr. Ayoub brought the next day another one. Problem solved👌 Internet connection not properly working? 1 WhatsApp text and directly problem solved. Now that's what I call customer friendly service. The apartment was clean, no complaints there. The appliances were in good order. The boiler for the bathroom was very much ok. Water pressure even so. The bathroom has all the necessary things in place. I love the Moroccan way of the bathroom 😉 The bedroom has a very good big bed with a firm mattress. The salon is good and very new. There's a television with satellite connection. The Residence comes with a good security team. It's a family orientated environment. So, that's my honest experience about my 3 weeks stay in this apartment.
