"Horrific customer service and unclean facilities"

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid for two nights but the place was so unclean I checked out early. The customer service I’ve had since has been horrendously shocking. Would not recommend at all.

Place was unclean, I checked in late at night and didn’t notice the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned until the next morning.

"Great value, great staff, great food - highly recommended"

Booked last minute due to ferry cancellation. The price was very reasonable. We booked a table for dinner (glad we did as the restaurant was very busy) - food was excellent - well cooked and large portions. Staff were really friendly - our server was a young lad who was excellent. Room was cosy with a comfy bed.
