"A nice base to explore Harrogate."

5.0

The property had great potential and was a lovely big place.

The property was very dusty and the tv didn’t work.

"Very nice"

Lovely atmosphere

The stairs were at bit steep, I don’t think the overview said there were stairs.

"Unfortunately would not stay again"

3.0

Good location with parking space. Apartment was spacious and tea and coffee provided.

Unfortunately our stay at Pheasants Hollow wasn’t quite what we expected. You enter the property up steep and crumbling stairs to a communal entrance which is extremely dark and uninviting. The apartment itself has peeling wallpaper and holes in the wall. We found dust covering the shutters and bedside tables. The bathroom only has a bath and no shower (in fairness there is only a bath mentioned on the listing but I think this should be made clearer) and we were constantly hitting our heads on low hanging chandeliers. The enamel in the bath was also rusted and one of the taps was partially broken. One of the sofas in the living room has almost collapsed and again was not a welcoming or inviting place to sit. Overall, for the money we paid, we were really disappointed with the property and will not be returning. There are far cheaper and nicer places to stay in Harrogate for the same price.

"Beautifuly Decorated 2 Bedroom Apartment"

10.0

Lovely decorate property - photos do not do it justice. Also nice touches like coffee, crisps and biscuits in basket in the kitchen. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, airfryer, hob, microwave, oven and coffee machine. The bath tub is lovely and deep for a long soak. Living room, really cosy. Little chocolates left on the bed.

I think providing some bubble bath, or coals for the fire in living room would be a lovely extra touch. There is no shower outside of the bath, so just be aware of that and there is no hook for the shower to hold it over the bath tub. So the only way to wash is in the bathtub.

"Beautiful property, but be aware, no shower"

7.0

Beautiful spacious property. Parking space at the rear of the property (although someone was in it when I arrived, despite the no parking signs). Very well equipped.

Although it looks nice, the enamel bath, with no shower, is a pain, and would be better off just getting rid and installing a shower. The bath itself is not easy to get into, not suitable at all for the elderly, and hosing yourself down stood up in the bath just drenches the bathroom. I wouldn't want to stay here more than a couple of nights purely due to this. Some milk for teas and coffees would also be appreciated.

"Perfect access for hospital visits and access to centre"

9.0

The closeness to the hospital for visiting and the fully fitted kitchen to make meals. The beds that you sunk into after a tiring day with heavy duvet to keep warm and comfy The extra thoughtful items, slippers, dressing gown, kitchen items, teabags etc Close to shops, coffee shop and gluten free fish and chips.

The bath was lovely but would have loved to stand under a warm shower at end of day.
