AUThe property was in a nice location and close to train and shops. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
GBWhat an amazing place to stay. Absolutely beautiful the second you walk throght the door its smells like home. Feels like home. The facilities are perfect can not fault anything. Me and my partner have beeen staying here for 6 months and we would happily move in if we could.value for money definitely also the bed are comfy big. Everything is perfect.

JEGreat location. Shared kitchen and lovely welcome with milk cereal and tea making facilities on offer for no extra cost. Rooms warm and I like the fact you can control heating. Good views.
Only two double plug sockets and both behind furniture. Bathroom is fine but v cramped.

The front side door was filthy - so not a good start. The doors were very heavy and difficult to open The handle of the toilet door was broken and toilet was tiny. I was told this room/apartment was accessible - it wasn't 😵💫 3 steep steps into the building The bed was up against the wall The place just looked grubby. We were so unsatisfied we chose to go home
GBGBNot very clean, didn't know if the bed had been slept in & sheets not changed. A person of a large size would struggle to use the toilet due to lack of space, the shower needs a very good clean, plug in sink not working, kitchen needs deep cleaning.
GBVery responsive when requesting information about the stay. Room was very clean and bathroom too. Water in the room and breakfast cereal, coffee etc in the kitchen was an extra nice touch.
Everything was good. Location ok to find on google maps on the main road but the bush has gone now!
