GBQuite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with fully opening windows to let the breeze from the river in.
The property is lovely, my only downsides was that the walls could do with a freshen up and the toilet is in a quite small area. But I’m 6ft 2 so for smaller it’s not an issue.
GBI was visiting a friend so wanted something close by to her. Staff couldn't do enough for you, nothing was ever too much trouble. I found the bed to be soft but that is purely personal preference as I have a bad back. I would of prefered a curtain at the window but again this is due to my personal preference. Also the room was on the top floor so was difficult lifting my case up, but again not a huge problem, as I perhaps should of asked for ground floor but I never like to ask due to me having adhd. A lovely stop over for the night, no major issues would stay again.
As mentioned above, but not major problems tho as its all down to each individual and their personal preferences.

GBGBVery comfortable bed. Good access instructions. En-suite better than expected. Handy location with bus nearby.
One or two minor faults e.g. the fan in the bathroom. Some noise during the night from one of the other rooms. People had a tendency to leave the outer doors unlocked though the room itself was secure.
GBEasy to park, felt secure and safe. Great location.
Steep narrow steps. Very small bathroom and very little space around toilet.
