My review is based on my experiences with the hotel i stay befor. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the hotel and the hotel staffs. What I like: Hotel staffs, breakfast area and staffs, the city view from the room, the quiet, the cleanliness.

It is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, the staff is helpful. We left the phone charger, they returned it just before our bus to Hà nội arrived. We will recommend our friends to this hotel.

Very good hotel, the room was very spacious and very clean. The prices are unbeatable with breakfast included. The owners are lovely, they are always on hand to check that nothing is missing and try to help you to do the best activities without ever insisting on selling theirs, which is very pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it!
