We really enjoyed our stay at hotel, when we checked in we got a free upgrade for our room. They were so helpful and kind at the reception, even helped us out with our laundry. Wi-Fi was working great, breakfast was good . Would recommend!

I like how the property is very clean and how the room was very spacious. We stayed even longer at this hotel and they were able help us book rooms for our family members who decided to come. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options that will accomodate to your taste. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cat Ba.

The staff was amazing - very friendly and organized they were calling us taxi and opening doors for us 24/7. The placement of the hotel is also great - just some minute from a lot of night life and the night bazaar.

Beautiful hotel in a nice, walkable area. Our room was wonderful. Comfortable beds, nice sitting area and a very nice bathroom with shower.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel organized a boat tour for us the same morning we arrived, so we had enough time to visit everything Lan Ha Bay has to offer.

Everything was excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is just perfect with lots of food, drinks and food options around.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Their breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Our bed was firm but not too hard, which we prefer. Hotel is also very close to the night market (5 min walk) and walking distance to lots of shops. Overall we loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone that it looking to come to Cat Ba and spend some relaxing time in a very nice hotel.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and restaurants in the area. Peacefull island, nice local people, nice fresh sea food. Im sure will come back.

Overall, my experience at the Venus Hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenient place to stay in downtown.
