With the exception of the manager ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal to get around on foot or by car.

The manager whose attitude was very unfriendly and her very unnecessary reprimanding of staff in public. This was done with attitude, and if that is how she treats them then I am surprised they stay. Very poor behaviour and leadership.

Room was clean and tidy

The extremely loud music we could here coming from the bar/restaurant until 10.30pm should have been warned and also the staircase is not easy for people with mobility issues no lift

Very friendly staff from Dan in the morning with breakfast to all the staff with the evening meal ,all very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble

That we didn't stop longer 😀
