Lovely location fir the Pantiles abd very quiet in the evening

Just the smell from the toilet and the entrance hall of the hotel was a urine smell so suspect a plumbing problem

Missed out on breakfast on the Saturday as we had to leave early to return hired car to Enterprise Canterbury. Went down at 8.00am to find doors locked, back to room to find out breakfasts at weekend start at 9.00am.

"Overall very pleasant."

Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfasts were very good. Most staff were very pleasant.

Staircase was hard to navigate for older guests. Restaurant music was too loud at nights and went on too long, sometimes after 10pm.
