Comfortable room decorated in cowboy style. Excellent meals served in the pub; both dinner and breakfast were superb. The portions were enormous, far too big really. Pleasant staff.

Would have preferred a larger bed as we’re used to super-king size. Breakfast was amazing but would have preferred some simpler options; cereal, toast or croissants.

The food was great,location was very good.

The room was lovely, clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and super helpful.

I had to wait for a while to get checked in, seated for meals so it may be worth having a buzzer at the seating desk so that staff can be alerted that someone is waiting. The only thing i can think of is having some period products in the bathrooms in case guests might have forgotten something.

The accomodation was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all fine.

For me, the country style music is not my favourite. The music was a little too loud, but it was nothing to get on my high horse about. We had dinner there on the first night of our stay. I thought the food and wine was a little overpriced, and the style of food was not my favourite. There are plenty of places to eat out in Tunbridge Wells, so this would not stop me from staying at the Smith and Western again.
